When contacting support, please include:
- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24).
- Operating system version (e.g., iOS 17.5, Android 14).
- The Actuator app version installed (found in Settings > About).
- A brief description of the issue or steps to reproduce any unexpected behavior.
🛠️ Common Troubleshooting Steps
1. Syncing & Cloud Data
- Verify Network Connection: Ensure you have an active Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
- Force Refresh: Pull down on the main dashboard screen to force an instant reconciliation with the cloud server.
- Account Status: Go to Settings > Account and confirm that your session is active.
2. Notifications & Background Sync
- iOS Users: Open iOS Settings > Actuator > Notifications and ensure “Allow Notifications” and “Background App Refresh” are enabled.
- Android Users: Open Android Settings > Apps > Actuator > Battery and set battery usage to “Unrestricted” or “Optimized” (avoid “Restricted”).

Make sure you are running the latest version of the app. Updates include critical bug fixes, performance improvements, and security patches:
4. Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Apple and Google data privacy requirements, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app:
- Open the Actuator app.
- Long press on any of the Instance Click on Delete Icon.
- We don’t store them remotely so all data will be deleted immediately from your device.
